Arizona Floors & More Flooring Contractor
Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didn't try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Our carpet looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend giving Robert a call!

I just wanted to write to compliment Ali and his staff for an excellent job on our tile removal yesterday. It was fast and nearly dust freeā€¦ They also did a great job with the clean up and the shifting around of the front desk. We were able to install the carpet tile immediately last night.

When we look for a company to do our tile/terrazzo/or skim coat installation months from now, AK will be at the top of our list.

Home Solutionz - Scottsdale Flooring Contractor
This is an excellent floor covering establishment. They have a HUGE selection to choose from, at all price ranges. Daniel was especially helpful in guiding me through the varieties of carpets and pads, with their respective pros and cons. I may add that the installers were very easy to work with, courteous, and very helpful in restoring the room to its original state. All work and orders actually came in before deadline.

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.
Very professional...not.
What a shame.

MicMar Demolition, Wood & Tile Contractors Flooring Contractor
My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Home Solutionz - Tempe Flooring Contractor
This was interesting... let's begin with the slight positive. The salesman (Tom Inman) that gave me a quote for my tile flooring was great. In fact he was primarily the reason I was ever able to reach the project manager (s). My project was supposed to begin Monday, July 6th but the workers never showed up between the given time frame of 9-11 am. I had to place several calls to find out what was going on. Turns out the crew that was supposed to come was sick. Ok, I get it during these times. The work began on Tuesday instead and it was estimated to be done by the following Monday. Throughout the duration of this project I never received one call to update me on how things were going with the exception of Dustin, one of the project managers, who called to ask a question pertaining to how I wanted my tile laid. The project continued to the following week. On Monday I called Dustin to ask when the project would be completed..he said Wednesday or Thursday. Meanwhile I checked on my home almost daily to see how the flooring was coming along. By Thursday, still no update. I text Dustin requesting an update in which he said it should be completed Thursday. However, all the tile had still not been laid. I asked for an update and did not receive one. By Friday, nearly 2 weeks after the project began, I had to place 3 calls to finally receive a call back. I phoned Dustin but did not receive a return call, or a text back from when I text him Thursday. Around 2 pm Friday, Dino called and reported that my flooring project should be done Friday night or Monday morning but he wasnt sure which. I asked him to call me by the end of the day to let me know when it would be completed. Dino stated that he would call but, If I forget, shoot me a call. Really?? This is your job. I'm not asking for much other than 1. When will my flooring be completed? And 2. When can I move back in? Dino phoned me around 4:45 on Friday stating that the project would be completed Monday morning . Around 6 pm Friday, the installers phoned and stated that the project was complete and I could do a walk through Friday night. No communication!!! The actual installer did a beautiful job but left a huge mess with regard to the tile..haze everywhere. Also the contract says that they are supposed to put on a new wax ring for the toilet(s) and he did not, nor did he bolt down the toilet and I had to have a friend do it . On top of that, Dustin had the nerve to text me Saturday as I was cleaning the huge mess, to ask me to send pictures of the tile! But yet he couldn't do his job and return texts and calls pertaining to when my project would be completed. Absolutely ridiculous! I WOULD NOT recommend this company on any level whatsoever.
