The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. A very shocking update to my prior post.... I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars. Yes... STEAL. Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously. Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return). He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in. I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of business they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

Carmen is amazing! So patient and helpful with no job too small and no hurried, rushed or pushy salesmanship. Then, arranged installation as soon as the product arrived! The crew that helped me was wonderful too. They understood my timeline and worked late into the evening to give me total satisfaction in the job. Then, Carmen stopped by to oversee their work and ask about the service. Loved that they are local, caring and proud of their work!

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at first, but with his 30 years of experience, Eric was able to help me pick out just the right color and coating. I would highly recommend First Class Coatings to anyone looking for a beautiful, easy-to-maintain garage floor.

Great variety of products, and knowledgeable owners.

Ceramic tile was removed from 3 rooms and a hallway. While one crew broke up the tile, another crew cleaned up the broken tile and vacuumed up the dust as they went along. When the job was completed, the floor was clean and smooth and ready for new wood flooring, with nary a sign of dust. Their prices were comparable to others, but made reasonable by virtue of their process. I would recommend AZ Home Floors for dust free tile removal.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.
