Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

I’m so glad I found Alan of Alan’s Flooring. He installed laminate flooring and it turned out terrific. He was great to work with and was flexible with our schedule. He picked up the material, he was on time, worked hard, very professional, paid attention to detail and made sure things were cleaned up. We can’t be happier, I highly recommend him.

We remodel many homes and exclusively use AK Brand Flooring for all of our tile, carpet and flooring needs. We have been extremely satisfied. They are a very professional, honest and reliable company. They have helped with our countertop, backsplash and shower designs and picking out the best combinations for our homes. We feel they are a big part of our success. We will be continuing to work with them in the future and feel we have found a true partner.

We really debated for awhile about just removing the tile ourselves but in the end we couldn't have been happier to have it all removed with no mess in 2 hours. When we were still on the fence, everyone I spoke with was kind and answered the million questions I had. They explained all the ins and outs and costs and what ifs. They responded quickly to every email and text. Once we decided the move forwarded, they were ready for us in 2 days and the crew arrived bright and early that Saturday. They were polite and they worked very quickly. While some worked on the bathroom, the others worked on the kitchen. We had just over 250 square feet of ceramic tile removed. The cement floors look great and are ready for the next tile to be installed on but since that won't be happening for another month or so, it's nice to be able to walk on them as is. I would definitely recommend AZ Home Floors to anyone who's thinking about removing tile. The cost is totally worth it!

We had a wonderful experience with Shop Save & Floor. The estimate and service was provided by experts, who had a good reputation in Mesa. They were all-around excellent. The team members were very responsive and communicative. They always provided us with the information we needed to make our decision on the flooring material that we wanted to install on our property. The installation process went smoothly and efficiently as well!

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

We had a great experience working with Urban Customs. Heath and Rachel were very responsive and worked with us on the detailing of our stairs to make sure we had a desirable and cost-effective finished product. Heath was very easy to work with and efficient with the install. He left the house in a clean and livable condition at the end of each day. We are very happy with the process and final product.

My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. Take a look at my pictures at my awesome floors! Before shot included. I loved the color, and it didn't turn out as busy as I thought it would be. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.
A few side notes and tips
1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets.
2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I brought I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working.

Great selection of wood. Recommend the store Home Solutionz - Scottsdale who is always there for you and get you best price. They have the broadest selection available in the mid-to-high-end marketplace in our area. The store is well organized with helpful displays.

Works for Pulte Homes. Improperly installed tile that is buckling. Scheduled repairs for February, months ago. ILG does not try to order the tile until the week before the repairs are scheduled. Tells Pulte the tile is now discontinued and cancels the repairs. Now they will supposedly let us choose from products with a similar lifetime, but won't have choices available until the week they were supposed to be repairing the floor. Poor quality and poor service.
