Best Installation Solid Hardwood in Phoenix AZ

We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and remembered us and what our tile looked like from 2018! She also gave us some great advice regarding our kitchen remodel as well. Dan and Mark did an amazing job. Our request for a beveled chevron pattern is a demanding flooring install. They jumped on the opportunity the next day (again, a demanding request). My wife and I have done a lot of home projects over the years and are accustom to dealing with typical contractor issues. On the contrary, Phoenix Flooring exceeded our expectations, demonstrated incredible flooring/wood knowledge and also showed great attention to detail. In the end, we were ecstatic about the transformation of our basic wood flooring to the elegant chevron pattern that we are certain very few craftsmen could install correctly.

The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!
