I had done my research, and I found Home Solutionz - Scottsdale to be the only choice for me. Their staff were wonderful. Their knowledge and service made it an absolute delight, we love our new flooring

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.
Very professional...not.
What a shame.

This was, and still is a nightmare! We had them install flooring in the kitchen which went fine. Then we hired them to install our quartz countertops. This is where the nightmare began....and still is! Shop around....a good price and nice, friendly sales person is NOT worth the headaches, aggravation, lost time from work (I've missed time, my husband has missed time, now my daughter is missing time), and disrespectful attitude that you receive from the manager, Briana, down to the installer Cesar!! Cannot wait for this to be over with!!!!!
