Our experience was relatively smooth; the salesman came to our house and provided us with free measurements and a quote. This occurred on a busy day for us and he was extremely efficient. Our installation was scheduled for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, when the installers arrived they did not have enough carpet. We were rescheduled for Friday. Friday morning I received a call telling me the product was not yet in. Finally, we received our new carpet on Saturday. Once it was installed, we were very happy. The installers spoke Spanish and very limited English, which presented a challenge, but they were friendly and quick! My only complaint is with the scheduling and rescheduling. We had to take time off work and move things around in our schedules two different times, only to be rescheduled. I know this was not necessarily any one person's fault; however, it did cost us money which was upsetting. Overall: I would use them again.
