Best Flooring Project in Phoenix AZ

Initially I did leave a 5 star review, Adam made sure and ask for one after the job was done. Shortly after that I started having problems, the baseboards started coming off the wall, I called him and said he will stop by to check what was wrong with that. 2 months later, still nothing. He concluded over the phone that I use too much water when we mop LOL, because he sure knows how much water we use when we mop. They do not stand behind their work and if you have a problem you are on your own. If you have a problem Adam will for sure tell you he has phone issues, but when he asks for a good review, his phone works just fine. Do yourself a favor and hire a different contractor, will save you from Adam's phone issues and save money in the process. Do NOT Recommend!

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Rachel was terrific to work with. She understood what I needed and provided the best plan for cabinets. In addition, she looked for sales in Waypoint cabinets and passed on the savings to us. Then when she had the old cabinets removed, she donated them to a charity and gave us the receipt for our taxes. Few contractors do these services. She and Heath also stand by their product and do small tweaking (no large issues).

Vinny underbid my job. But, unlike most contractors, he took responsibility and made it right. I can't speak highly enough of how much I'd recommend him to a friend.

Everyone I dealt with were wonderful. They made the whole process so easy, from picking out my wood floors to installing them. They were on time on receiving to installing. My floors are gorgeous! I highly recommend them.

Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous.
