My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Vinny and Royal Wood Flooring did a great job on my laminate floor. He was so polite and gave me all the answers to my questions. They showed up on time and my floor looks great.

From start of planning my flooring project to completion of installation was smooth, easy, and with competitive pricing. We looked at a number of samples and were able to bring a select amount of samples home to see how they looked in the space. After selecting our flooring, a timely measurement in home occured and our installation was scheduled. The installers were professional, kind, and took great care of installing a large hall selection as well as a complex spiral staircase and I am completely satisfied on how it turned out. I would recommend their services and would definitely consider European Design Flooring for future flooring needs.

Daniel refinished all our wood floors and stairs. We have a very unique space with some really tough to get to spots. Even still, Daniel did a great job and he gave us a very good price. We needed a fast turnaround from the time we closed on the home to when we moved in and Daniel was very understanding of this. I'd definitely recommend him and we will for sure be using him in the future for any more flooring needs.

BUIYER BEWARE!! This company does not stand behind its product. We had a floor installed in 9/21. It is completely separating and peeling at the edges. The company is not willing to fix the problem. Rude Customer service and poor quality material. WE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED!! Read the AZ BBB reviews. They have had numerous complaints filed.
