Carmen is amazing! So patient and helpful with no job too small and no hurried, rushed or pushy salesmanship. Then, arranged installation as soon as the product arrived! The crew that helped me was wonderful too. They understood my timeline and worked late into the evening to give me total satisfaction in the job. Then, Carmen stopped by to oversee their work and ask about the service. Loved that they are local, caring and proud of their work!

Maryanne and her crew arrived promptly and immediately assessed the necessary steps to proceed with the project. They were an excellent team of workers doing their particular assignment and working together. They worked non-stop without wasting time. The men were quiet but very polite. Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

We got flooring throughout our house. The men were efficient, polite and did the job well. We are very pleased with the work done and John the sales guy worked with us as well. Thank you! Would recommend. Job was suppose to take up to 4 days, they got it done in 2!!
