He paid attention to every derail with precision and integrity and set the installer up for success. Highly recommend! Don’t hire anybody but Rob!

Eric with First Class Coatings has done more then 4 projects for me over the past 3 years. Each project was self managed. Even though I managed the construction daily, I never had to ask him the next steps. He always informed me to detail, on where the project stood in schedule and every project was completed on-time or before. Some projects were large and were 5 day installations. Never missed a day, including weekends to finish ahead of schedule! Had a client damage the floor on accident, Eric was promptly out for a - Fee Repair - .... Amazing customer service... Couldn't say enough about his dedication to quality and details in the installation.. The job sites were cleaned up daily and his firm left strong impressions with my clients.. We loved the results of our tile removal. The floor is clear of tile and debris and ready for the new floor. There was NO dust! The four people who worked the machinery were awesome!

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
