Best Epoxy Installation in Phoenix AZ
I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.
Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Excellent job fixing broken tiles on my patio which other specialists wouldnt accept the job due to not standard existing tiles.
Excellent job cleaning granite tile counters, they looked cleaner after NewGen came by than when they were installed.
I would definitely recommend for grout and tile work and even the deep clean on old couches looked great

Called for a quote with Eric and it was the most condescending conversation I have ever had with a company I was inquiring with for repair and installation. I am actually shocked at how arrogant and careless the call was as Eric choose to say, Why dont you call the people who did it? Rather than investigating his abilities or potential customer concerns. That’s not even all of what he did. It is uncommon for me to review a company so poorly or even at all but I wonder how did a company such as this have such high rating when individuals such as Eric patronize new customers? I hope this review presents Eric with an opportunity for learning empathy, better phone skills, and a proper representation of First Class Coatings.
Update:
7 Months later, Eric is still being aggressive while telling tales and using condescending language to demean a potential customer. Sad part is, I intended on hiring him for our corporate office if all went well but the disrespect has gone on way too long. How could a 2:53 second phone call turn into a “businessman” becoming irate rather than inquisitive? You can compare the verbiage used between us. Who is the aggressor here?
People please be cautious of businesses like this. High rating with ooor customer care. I plan on reporting further because there is no reason he should’ve responded in this way. He hasn’t responded to the 2 star reviews in this manner. Please. Learn better communication skills and do not lie to make save face online. I never asked you to come immediately nor did I attempt to inconvenience you. I asked questions and was assaulted and insulted with macro aggressions and irritated projections. I was a novice customer needing their expertise and was denied. I would have never ever reviewed your company had you not been so disrespectful, interruptive, and condescending. I hung up because I was so in shock, saddened and scared at how Eric were speaking to me. We all have bad days but to take it out on a new customer multiple times is abusive. I hope future customers don’t receive the abuse and mistreatment I did. I’m really happy I didn’t go further with first class coatings.

Arizona Home Floors Dust-Free Tile Removal: Outstanding Experience
After hearing horror stories about mountains of dust created by floor tile removal—and the cleaning costs to remove it--we were pretty skeptical that our floor tile—1600+ square feet of it-- could be removed “dustless”.
When we called AZ Home Floors Dust-Free, we really grilled them about how accurate their website claims really are. After our experience we’re amazed and pleased to report their reassurances were, if anything, an understatement.
They arrived early on the appointed day, came in like gangbusters, worked with impressive diligence and efficiency, and managed to get everything done in one day that they estimated would require two! To boot, their paperwork and verbal/text communications were equally impressive.
It may cost you a bit more to remove tile with this method and leave no dust behind, but when you factor in the cleanup costs you won’t have to pay, and the hassle you avoid, it probably comes out pretty even. Sort of a perfect example of that old proverb, “the cheapest is always the best”, which translates to “if you choose the best service/product, in the long run it’s usually the cheapest way to go.”
We’d recommend AZ Home Floors Dust-Free Tile Removal without reservation.

I used Desert Coatings (DC) to do painted concrete flooring throughout our house back in August or September of 2017. The flooring consisted of a total of approximately 1,700 square feet of flooring. The house that this work was done at was a vacation house at the time, so I wasn’t there to supervise the work when it was done. Other work was being done at the house by another contractor at the same time. Overall, the final finished floor was okay, but there were some things I wasn’t happy about.
During their install process I received a call from my general contractor that the flooring installers had gotten cement material all over the newly painted doors and baseboards. I called DC and they gave me a $700 credit to have the doors and baseboards fixed and repainted. After the flooring job was done, I came out to the house and discovered that the workers had spilled concrete in various spots on my newly painted patio cool deck. I was able to power wash some of it away, but some still remains to this day.
In a bedroom some tile had to be removed and DC had to use a self-leveling concrete to even out the floor, as well as raise a portion to make it level with the rest of the room. When I was able to come out and look at the flooring, I noticed that this area was very wavy and had bumps in some spots. I called DC and they came out and applied another coat, which improved it, but the finish still wasn’t smooth flat in the end.
In the living room they had to fill the entire room with about 2-3 inches of concrete to fill the void left by removing the existing wood underlayment that was previously used to build up the floor. Where this new poured concrete met the existing concrete, a crack developed about 6-12 months later, which caused the paint to chip away. There were a couple other cracks that developed too. I called DC and they sent someone out to fix it. The repair consisted of them applying more paint over the cracked area. The repair ended up not being flush with the rest of the finish, and the color did not match the rest of the flooring. This crack is in a prominently noticeable area of the house too.
Fast forward to 2020-2021, the crack reappeared and the paint began to crack and chip away again. I didn’t call DC right away because I still was not living in the house full time yet. After moving in full time, the chipping away became worse from walking over the area. I called DC twice in August 2022 (8/25 & 8/29), both times reaching an answering service. They said they would pass the message along and someone would call me by the next day. No one called me back. After the second call I decided to start emailing them (9/1/22). The first email response I got was that Tom Allen (the owner) was out of state that week, so I waited about two weeks and emailed them again (9/14). I received an email back (9/16) stating that they were on vacation and would call me back when they returned. I waited a month and did not receive a response, so I emailed again (10/17/22) and received no response. I emailed a final time (10/27/22) and again no response.
In addition to the above there are a few spots here and there that I wasn’t happy with – under the kitchen island (uneven finish and sheen), a few wavy uneven spots here and there throughout the house. I didn’t write a review at the time, because I just figured I’d live with it as is, but now that I can’t get a response from them, or have them come out to do the repair, I’m writing a response now.
I do not recommend and would not use Desert Coatings again (I felt this way before the lack of response, but even more so now), especially if you’re looking for a high-end finish. I have since read other reviews where they do not respond to follow up calls for repairs when needed.
