I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. I was looking at 6 different epoxy floor companies all ranging in price and I guess you could say quality, at least want sounded like what would or would not be quality. There were a couple way cheaper but they use epoxy you buy in the store, don’t diamond grind, prep or put protective top coats after they are done. It came down to two companies, first class coatings and 1 other. They both offered me the same exact product, same finish, same prep, same everything, but the other company was much more pricy. Maybe they didn’t do as many floors as first class. I talked to Eric several times and he never rushed me and answered all my questions and went over cleaning the floor even on first call. He was able to get me on the schedule very quick. His first guy came out to do the prep work. I was able to see the process and it was amazing. The guy worked with concrete for over 20 years. He paid very close attention to detail and sealed every crack and he perimeter of the garage. Later that day the next crew came in and laid the epoxy down and threw the chips. I did not see them do this, but when I came home it looked amazing. This morning they came out to finish the job with the protective top coat and it just turned out looking like a million dollar garage. They didn’t ask for a dollar until I was 100% satisfied with the project. There was a little hole in the epoxy after the first day in a crack, I didn’t mention it and after the second visit they had it filled! Worth every penny and would highly recommend this company.

I had AZ Home Floors come out to remove 650 sq ft of tile in my house. I was excited about the “dustless” part but also extremely skeptical. I even cleaned a spot in a high traffic area so I could see if there really is no dust. Throughout the day, I kept checking the spot and it was always clean. I then figured that the ultimate check was to turn on my HEPA air filtration system as it has a setting that lets you know if the air is clean to very dirty. At the end of all the work, I turned the filtration fan on and the air was clean!!!! This is amazing because this filter picks up the smallest particles and it was showing clean air.
I am no longer skeptical and would recommend this company to anyone.
Beyond having clean air and NO DUST, Nick was very responsive and the workers showed up on time and were very courteous and they were meticulous with their work. I am happy to say that the floor looks amazing.

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.
