I had a great experience with First Class Coatings. In the initial phone call Eric gave me a rough estimate of what I could expect based upon my estimate of garage size. He was careful to say that it was all dependent upon how rough the floor was and the actual measurements. I then met with him another day briefly to look at the various Epoxy options and colors and I made a selection from the samples in the back of his van. At the day of install his team showed up on time, prepped the floor completely in the morning and started putting down the floor in the PM. There was a previous seal on the floor so they evaluated what was there and made sure it could be sufficiently clean, sanded and able to be covered vs. grinding it off. They came back to put the sealer on day 2 and the result was just super nice! The entire team was professional all the way. I will say that the smell of the epoxy is pretty rough -- actually quite terrible during the dry time - but he warned me of that in advance. Just make sure you have good ventilation and don't plan to spend any time in the garage for a few days. The result is worth it. I'd highly recommend them.
