Best Custom Kitchen in Phoenix AZ

We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner is so responsive. He got me a quote and answered all my questions without me having to wait all week for someone to get back to me. He placed my order for tile on a Tuesday and delivered it to my home in Mesa on Thursday! He unloaded everything in my garage for me. I picked this vibrant Moroccan cement tile in custom colors which is a service I never knew existed. Either way very excited to receive this and further add to my review but the service I got at Home Solutionz - Scottsdale was 1st class and I’m certain the material I chose is equally as top grade. Have to check out this place the showroom is insane. Classic cars, weird and wonderful floors, tiles from all over.
