As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
