The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. If you want to avoid the mess of dust all over your stuff after getting porcelain tile removed, this is the company to hire!! They have a dust free system/machine that is absolutely amazing and really is dust free! This was very important to us as we do have allergy issues in our home, not to mention we enated to avoid the mess that would have been left if the tile removal was done any other way!
They did an AMAZING job and I will be recommending them whenever I hear of others who are needing their tile removed!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
