Best Commercial Kitchen Flooring in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I were looking to update our flooring. We wanted a wood look but did not want the upkeep or the price of wood. We had shopped Home Depot, Lowes, and a couple other big flooring stores. One of my customers suggested we visit Arizona Floors. Well, best thing we ever did. We met with Robert and he was very knowledgeable. He explained the advantages of a wood look ceramic tile. We were able to take home a few samples. Two days later, Robert came out for a measure and had a quote same day. We were very impressed with the level of service we received and went ahead with our purchase from Arizona Floors and have them do the installation. Two weeks later we have our new floors. They are perfect. We will be a customer for life, you can count on that. Thank you Arizona Floors.

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

Alan did a beautiful job on the backsplash in my kitchen. I am super pleased! He was very hardworking and polite. I will DEFINITELY use him again!!! I also loved that he used clips to make sure the spacing was perfect... He’s a gem all the way around. Really glad to have found him!! ?

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. We have been very pleased in our dealings with GFC, from the estimate through the follow-up after the work was complete. John clearly explained the process and provided a complete, fair quote. Bonifacio and his crew were professional and did an AMAZING job. This was a new surface after the initial coating was put down over 10 years ago. The difference between that first coating experience and the job delivered by GFC in the quality and the completed product was like night and day. We are thrilled... I didn't want anybody to even walk on that floor it was so beautiful. The pictures on the website don't lie. Thank you!

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.
