I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

At first I was not sure I wanted or needed an epoxy coating on my garage floor. But when I decided to do it, I connected with my contractor, who also epoxies floors. He recommended that I NOT go with him - that I go with First Class Coatings - he knew of the Company and that it had an excellent reputation. He was right. Eric and the crew he sent out to our home were outstanding. My garage floor looks terrific. I followed all of Eric’s instructions about not placing weight on the floor and no vehicles for 7 days. It has worked. The floor continues to look GREAT. The owner, Eric, is excellent in terms of responding to text/phone calls/questions. And his crew out at our site was excellent. Perhaps the most salient point to make is that our contractor, who as I mentioned also epoxies garage floors and could have had the project came over to inspect the job and repeatedly said, - they did an excellent job…he was very pleased and impressed with their work.

Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?
