Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. Fantastic installer . Highly recommend ABS!

Chris was very responsive and made sure the project was on schedule when the floor was installed May 2020 George who installed the floor was a craftsman - the floor was well installed but it was the cutting into the kitchen island and around feature posts that George excelled “was better than most”.

What is even more impressive is returned to my home in February 2021 (COVID travel issues) and there was pieces of the floating floor that were hollow and not level to the base floor and some special pole wraps had cracked and broke. Chris came and looked and had George back to fix the flooring immediately and after searching for a solution fixed the pole wraps. This was done without additional costs and no questions asked - just wanted to get things fixed

They did a great job! Nick was great to work with - he was very responsive and we communicated back and forth via email and text easily. The original estimate he sent me was pretty close to the actual fee and he was very honest and straightforward about any possible additional fees we could run into once they started removing tile. He was even communicating with the crew while they were here, and then was texting me to see how things were going and had final costs to me before they were gone.

Maryanne and the rest of the removal crew were fantastic! They were on time (a bit early to set up their equipment due to the threat of rain) and they were very professional. They finished our 250 sqf kitchen (saltillo tile) in 3 hours, which was twice as fast as they anticipated. Though it was loud, it was definitely worth it as it truly was a contained mess - they didn't put any protective covering on the counters and there wasn't even a speck of dust on them like I expected there might be. We were very impressed with the equipment and cleanliness.

We're a very DIY couple and do most home renovations (cabinets, painting, tiling, etc) ourselves, but this was DEFINITELY worth the money. We certainly could have done this ourselves, but it still would have cost us a lot of money, time, and HUGE mess in our whole house - SOO worth the money to have it done quickly and neatly. It actually cost less than we expected going into it. DEFINITELY recommend AZ home floors.

OMG. The service we received was truly amazing.After multiple people from other companies either didn't call back or flaked out on a tough job, Jason from AZ Floor King really came through. He was in constant contact. He was on-time. And he had a can-do professional attitude. In other words, he focused on wanting to solve our problem. He didn't give up and he worked incredibly hard to come up with creative solutions until the job was done right.

Very friendly and professional. Prices appear to be competitive and they have the most popular styles. Haven't made our choice yet but plan to go back and get more details quotes soon.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!

The price I paid, and the quality of my floors are incredible. If you're remodeling a home and you're replacing the floors, you need to check them out. They are the best in my book.
