Incredible customer service and ever better quality of work. We had them rip up our kitchen and laundry flooring and install porcelain tiles throughout. It is stunning! They were on time, kept everything clean and were very professional. Just an all around wonderful experience. To top it off, my 3 year old son was so inquisitive and they let him help take out a few of the tile seperaters. It made his day and was beyond kind. We will always use this company.

The installer was very professional, he was on time every day, and he takes great pride in his work! He always make sure my wife and I was satisfied before he moved on to the next phase. I constantly got calls, texts, or emails from all upper management staff asking if things were okay or if we needed to give them any feedback or had any concerns. They always kept all lines of communication open and was quick to address anything that needed to be addressed. The sales rep who came to our home also was very professional very courteous went over everything and complete detailed and double-check to make sure that the services that were going to be performed where exactly to our specification.
