As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. Here are just a few things the two kind brothers who own this family business did for me, above and beyond a great hardwood flooring installation:

- Ken (the sales brother) went to three different wholesalers searching for wood to match my existing, discontinued wood, then brought over the samples.
- Van (the install brother) created a customized fit for the floors after finding an unexpected quirk in my flooring that would have otherwise been a pricey fix. He also fixed my curtain rod just because he noticed it needed fixed. Ha! Days after the job I noticed a weird area in one of the carpet tucks and he was there the next morning to fix it. He also left a scratch refill pen for me just in case.
-Saved me money by reinstalling the molding after floor installation. I don’t know, I’ve heard some companies hassle you about this or make you buy new stuff.

There is no dock here. Opposite the entrance to the office is the entrance to the warehouse. park close to the side of the building. People are friendly and unloading is finished in about 30 minutes.
