Top notch professionals! Rob and his team was great to work with. This is the flooring professional everyone needs when working on your floors. Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Our floors are now looking great, and I’m definitely going to be hiring his team again in the future for the rest of my home. Urban Customs is a great company. They are quick to respond to set an appt with samples in hand. In my case, they were flexible doing their job around another remodel project going on simultaneously. They cleaned up and vacuumed, leaving everything perfect. Thank you!

The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!

At first, it seemed like I was getting a good job, for a steep price, which I did not mind. The job was completed. Jim's workers were pleasant but they did not do the job properly. They also did not do what they had promised to complete. There were portions of the floor that were just awful and you could see the sanding circles. Also, they were suppose to leave me a pint of the concocted color ( which was a blend of other colors) they did not. I have called twice and Jim has not returned my calls. I would suggest to go elsewhere. Thank you
