I'm a contractor, and this place beats HD, Lowes F&D hands down. The selection is huge. Most everything is a day or two for delivery. Very well organized and easy to find exactly what I'm looking for.

Alan did a phenominal job on our shower tile. He is a pro and knows how to do the job right.

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. I didn’t know floors had so much in them, all the differences between engineered and sold wood and all the available stains, etc. I felt I really had to review this place. Great place to work

Extremely inconsistent height on tile flooring from one tile to the next. Very unlevel. Grouted over nails from baseboard removal and nail heads sticking up out of grout!! Baseboard difficult to install due to uneven tile work.

It was good
