Best Tile Flooring in Phoenix AZ

I hired Tony to tile a new master bathroom, laundry room and an entry way. He also tiled a custom shower using very large format tiles for my new master bathroom. Tony's crew did excellent work and paid very close attention to all of the details. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and I wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future for additional tile work.

I haven’t really seen any other flooring retailer in the area with service half as good as Home Solutionz - Cave Creek. Must have browsed their site for at least 1 hr before going in. Though they couldnt show all the designs I was after they had a good selection of the very current.

Everyone here is friendly , but the return policy is awful . They say you can return , but when you come back it’s a different story . I went to Floor and Decor and got samples and when it came to return it was super simple no issues . Don’t recommend if you like to try out flooring before purchasing everything .

Floors came out beautiful. Nice polished textured floor that has a high gloss.

They have some good prices and are helpful and knowledge.

Ivan and his team did an amazing job installing wood tile throughout our entire house. Not only was he very knowledgeable but him and his team were very professional and efficient, easy to work and happy to be here. I purchase new carpet for 4 bedrooms someone came out and measured and scheduled installation at the time of installation not all bedrooms where completed because the measurements where not taken correctly needed to reschedule for the remaining carpet. 2 months later the carpet was coming apart let me tell know about submitting a claim it’s a whole run around if you ever go through this process request a in person inspection to avoid delays.My carpet was scheduled to be replace today and no show someone just called me to apologize.This company doesn’t keep there appointments there excuses are carpet not arrived or installer delayed.I missed work several times do to empire not sticking to there scheduling.

Polite people but hard to get them to get your job done , jose was a no show twice to complete what what was started, to seal and grout the granite is the right thing to do!!! They removed my granite kitchen countertops and replaced with new ones but didn’t seal them ! Told me a disabled senior citizen I have to go to Home Depot and buy the seal grout and do it myself ! After they charged my insurance company for the full amount ! They asked for more money to seal the countertops!! No I would not use this company again nor will I ever refer them to anyone !!
