Best Tile Floor in Phoenix AZ

Matt & crew just completed a dustless travertine floor removal for us (1400+ sq ft). They completed the whole job in a little less than 3 days, which is amazing! They worked so incredibly hard — tile removal is not for wimps!

Matt responded very quickly to our initial communications. He answered all of our (many) questions with great patience. Matt showed honesty and integrity when he came to measure for our free in-home estimate, and we ended up having less square footage to demo than we originally thought, which saved us some money.

They showed up every single day on time and got right to work. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful of us and our home. They moved heavy furniture and appliances without charging us additional fees for doing so. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly every day before leaving. They were able to remove our stone floors around existing cabinetry without causing any damage. The whole process was quite clean, and we consider the money spent for their services to be well worth the investment.

ED was listed as a source (among three) of a particular brand of flooring I was looking for. Their showroom has a reasonably complete display of most popular brands, as well as tile and carpeting. I did not shop price particularly but was confident they were competitive. After the product was ordered and delivered to their store, I changed my mind and wanted a different looking floor. They were able to help me get the distributor restocking fee reduced materially, saving me money caused by my changing my mind.
The install was timely and professionally done. I would give them 5 stars except that there were a few spots on the floor after, solvent I believe. Marin came out and removed them. No biggie, but cost a star in rating.
They give references, and can have mine if some one wants to talk to me about it. NOT a deal breaker.

We originally went to another one of the Big Box stores to price out carpet for all of our bedrooms to be replaced, and we were moments from pulling the trigger. It was kind of a last minute idea to Price shop them with another place so I looked up flooring locally and found great reviews with Floor source, so my wife and I decided to swing through before we made our decision.

In a nutshell, we couldn't have been more pleased! We worked with Daniel who was so easy to talk with regarding options, very professional, and even came out that very same day 20 minutes behind us to do the quote/measuring.

On top of just generally flawless execution of being a pleasure to work with, and exceptionally knowledgeable about their products, the contractors that came to do the work were also flawless, very clean as they worked, and very helpful and pleasant.

Icing on the cake: Floor Source also landed at a price LITERALLY almost a thousand dollars less then the big box store options we had been considering! Would use them again in a heart beat, and we have already referred a few folks to check them out as well.

Keep up the good work Floor Source... There's something to be said about quality communications and professionalism at a competitive price in today's market where it seems customer priority and quality of work is non existent!

We have worked with several contractors over the last year and Daniel is by far the best! He refinished our engineered hardwood floors- a job that other hardwood flooring professionals said wasn't possible. Our floors look AMAZING! Daniel always listened to exactly what we wanted, arrived when he said he would arrive, finished when he said he would finish, and kept our home clean throughout the job. Refinishing our floors was less than half the cost of getting new ones and we loved that we could use what we already had and not fill up the landfill. Daniel is THE best. I would hire him again in an instant. He's a very humble guy who is very talented!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous.
