We have a new build home and have been sourcing a lot of services and quotes from various contractors. I have to say that Eric and his team truly uphold their name - First Class Coatings. We wanted to do a full epoxy and chip spread for our garage. Eric was responsive and communicative from the first call, and when it came time to actually perform the job, his team was not only early on the first day, but also finished the job ahead of schedule! Some other companies took more than two days to respond by email or phone (if at all!)...I know people get busy, but an eagerness to secure new business is certainly appreciated by the customer and undoubtedly the rewards reaped by the business owner. Oh, and the floor looks fantastic to boot!

I have had a lot of floor finishing done over the years but these guys are by far the best! I have had them do floors in a 2000 sq ft warehouse and two garages and the finish is far better than anything I have seen before. They use a ton of flake and seal it all with a thick clear coating. In the past I have had problems with tire marks on the finish but I have had no issues with this finish. They were in and out quick and clean. I am very impressed with Alan and his crew, I would recommend them with no reservations.

American Epoxy Arizona rescued my backyard patio! I removed saltine tile and once it was removed the concrete surface was in poor shape and in need of repair. I had a concrete guy come over hoping he could help but he advised against concrete because a good portion of the repair would be a thin layer on top of existing concrete which wouldn’t last. He recommended that I look into epoxy. I called a few companies and most never called back. One came over to give me a bid and once he saw the project he said he wouldn’t do any work until the concrete surface was smooth first. It was clear that this job required tools and skills beyond this companies abilities. My search continued and I found American Epoxy Arizona. I called and spoke to Adam about the project and sent him a few pictures. He let me know that he absolutely could do this job from start to finish and he had the tools necessary for the concrete repair. Shortly after he came over to see the project and to give me a bid and we picked out epoxy colors with Jessica. The project started and finished on time and communication was great with Adam and his team. American Epoxy Arizona has the talent, skills, and tools to complete any job.

Tony was great to work with. He was responsive and always available to talk with us about our project. This was our first major remodel so we were lost about ideas, materials, timeframes, and a lot more, but Tony was there to help us every step of the way. We absolutely love everything he did and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

The designer actually came to my home from Home Solutionz - Tempe to help me pick the floors, the orientation of the installation and the style of baseboards. He also helped me narrow down paint colors for the walls based upon the flooring I had chosen. I truly had an outstanding experience and would recommend Home Solutionz - Tempe to anyone.

My wife and I own a home in Ahwatukee and we've seen many neighbors who's garage floors we're epoxied by Will and his team. We've always admired the way they looked. We reached out and inquired about an unusual project, not knowing if they did this type of work. We have a large, deep water feature in our courtyard and we needed it cleaned and epoxied. Will and his team showed up later in the afternoon, after working all day at another job. They brought lights and ended up working into the early evening. They nailed the job and the water feature looks better then ever. Strong work ethic, great communication and very fair price. We're looking forward to having our garage done.

My floors look brand new. They were so easy to work with and the pricing was incredible!

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

The ordering and selection was easy and simple. Empire uses contract installers. The ones that installed our flooring did a good job with how the flooring looked after the job was complete. We had uses with the installers showing up on time, working only a couple of hours a day and not meeting deadlines. A 2 day job took 5 days instead.
