100% recommend this company. They came out and gave us a quote on our pool last week and we’re able to fit us in just one week later. Living in the valley you always hear the tragic stories of kids escaping out the back door and getting in the pool, that is not something my family wanted written in our story in life. A lot of companies give outrageous prices. But not this company. They were very fair priced with a lifetime warranty and put in a free alarm on the door.

Another thing I genuinely liked about this company is they were not sales gimmicky. They were not trying to push products on you or talk your ear off like most others to try and push a sale. For a lot of homeowners that can be a huge turnoff.

I reached out to Saul on June 13 for a quote to build a privacy fence around our pool equipment. I have loved swimming in our new pool, but hated seeing all of the ugly equipment. Saul responded right away and asked me to send a pic of the area. He quickly gave me a ballpark figure and stopped by two days later to measure and talk more about the design. The quote Saul gave us for the project was very reasonable. Saul was professional and explained three options for the planks. We ultimately chose the composite material to limit the amount of maintenance. Saul originally quoted the project out 10 days, but to my surprise, they were ready to install it in just a week! They completed the project yesterday and it is absolutely perfect! It not only covered the unsightly pool equipment, but the design also gives us storage. I would definitely recommend Saul and his team to build privacy fences! I’m planning to invite him back in a few months to give me a quote on upgrading my RV gate and other side gate at our home!

Highly recommend this fence contractor for anyone looking for quality work. They were responsive, and the installation process was smooth.

I called these guys because part of my back fence had blown down and I needed to repair or replace it.

Brian and, Crystal came out the next day, took a good look at the fence, and said it would take about an hour to repair.

They gave me a date and actually texted, me a few days, early and asked if they could, come by and fix it.

Sure enough, in an hour, the fence was back up, stronger than it had been.

The price was right, the quality of the work was excellent, and Brian and Crystal are wonderful to work with.

When I need one of my gates, repaired, I'm calling them back out here.

I have contacted Tom numerous times. He has promised everytime to fix the following but never does. Tom put in a wrought iron and cinder block fence on top of a patio he contracted. 1) a 3 week project took 5 months. 2) the drainage in the cinder block over the patio is horribly inadequate. 3) there is no slope on the patio so it floods. 4) cap stones have fallen off due to lack of mortar. 5) when he removed the old cinder block he damage the boards of my house. Without repairing it supports for the fencing were put in over it. Only 1/2 inch between house and supports leaves no room to get fix it. House is open to bugs and lizards. 6). His wrought iron work was good.

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.

I tried to get a simple bid from this company and found them so incompetent that I finally gave up. Stevi in their office kept telling me that she couldn't find our address even though it is easily found in MapQuest and Google (or any GPS app). I even waited for over an hour for KC, their field estimator after having talked to him on the phone and giving him specific major cross-road information. Instead, he chose to leave me stranded without any return call knowing I was waiting for him. I tried to call and even text him four or five times to the same number he had called me on previously. He wouldn't pick up. I talked to their office after this also to tell them I was waiting for KC. I even had another person in the AGS office tell me they didn't have a KC working for them! Complete incompetency all around. Stay away from this company. There are other companies out there that will value your work without the painful stress and incompetency. I called this company to get a quote for having our fencing repaired. The man that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and seemed annoyed I was calling. Ended up just hanging up the phone. Horrible first impression. I would never use a company that has horrible custom service before you even say hello!
