What a blessing Luxury Remodels has been! We had to replace both bathrooms in our home (incredibly stressful), and Luxury helped guide me through the entire process. We recently had a new shower installed. The team was punctual, polite, and very down to earth. Everything was as designed, on time, and efficient. They did the work and were courteous and very hard-working, a one-man crew. I will use this company again and highly recommend Home Concepts Custom Remodeling.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.
