Best Shower Head in Phoenix AZ

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. This company ripped off a retired nurse/ sweet little old lady. Worst company out there!!! Paid 35K for 2 bathroom remodels. They installed one of the bathtubs wrong which took them a year to make right and now I'm finding a thousand little things that are wrong. Paint coming off of doors already. They never grouted the floor tile to the baseboards or sealed the grout and it already looks bad. Completely random floor tile layout where they use as many small tiles as possible making it look very sloppy. Never did the paint touch up and said they would drop paint off for her to fix herself.. This is a retired nurse who has done nothing but help people her entire 50+ year career and had some money saved to do some things she wasn't allowed to do with her own money while her husband was alive and they took complete advantage of that!!! The worst kind of company out there. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Sad world we live in nowadays.
