We loved Phoenix Home remodeling. They gave us a three week estimate to completely redo our kitchen - from demo to rebuild. They had it completed in 1.5 weeks! They truly care about their work and their customers and it showed throughout the entire process.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

All I can say is thank you. Scott and Lorrie designed the perfect remodel for my living room area. I wanted enough natural light for all my plants and when Lorrie suggested extending the living area into the patio to make a sunroom, I was blown away by her ideas. I won't buy any home decor without checking with Megan. She provided detailed instructions and visuals to help me tailor my decor to the season as well. She envisioned, designed, and oversaw our garage makeover to a garage/home gym and the entire process went smoothly.

Our experience with Republic West was terrific from the moment we called them. They are very professional, courteous and budget conscious. Arthur's designs exceeded our expectation, Kathy was invaluable in helping us pick our tile and fixtures and the teams that worked in our house were wonderful. We could not recommend them enough. Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
