Working with Luxury Remodels was one of the best decisions I made last year. Initially, I was kinda nervous about switching contractors for my four bathrooms, but I'm so grateful I did because my bathrooms are awesome right now. Thanks to you guys. We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

Hunter does great quality work with excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know!

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.

They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.

The guy who was supposed to give an estimate to my parents ... He started off coming at the wrong time, then when asked to wear a mask as we have people with compromised immune system went out to get a mask and disappeared...
Get a call 3 days later to tell me how the inspection went...I told the person on the phone what had happened ...no apology no follow up....
Do they even deserve a one star. I think not.

We/ve enjoyed working with Sandra and her team right from day one. It's been quite the process-working mostly virtually during the pandemic and while living out of state, but everything has gone smoothly and we are ecstatic with how our project has turned out (better than we envisioned!)

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
