Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
I was very impressed by Ignacio and his workers' professionalism. The job was finished with my complete satisfaction.
Next time, I know I can count on Ignacio to do repairs around the home. I fully recommend his services!

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! Luxury Remodels is an excellent company which provides quality service at a reasonable price for what they do. I had an extensive kitchen remodel done by their team, and they did such a great job. They helped me choose the right cabinets, countertops, floors and more. My home never looked better! I love their excellent customer service, the skill of their team and most importantly the end result.

Working with Hunter was an awesome experience. He is a dedicated and hardworking person, who's willing to listen to your needs and work towards giving you exactly what you want. In my experience, it's often difficult communicating with many GC's as they either don't provide context, or don't listen directly to your feedback. However, working with Hunter was much more smooth, he was able to sit down with us, listen to our goals, and implement what we were looking for. I would strongly recommend Hunter and Offcut Interiors.

Talavera has done multiple projects at my house over a time period of more than 6 years. From cabinetry and indoor/outdoor furniture to remodeling, painting and/or restoration after water damage, their work has always been professional. When one considers remodeling your home, it’s easy to have nightmares about the difficulty of finding a suitable builder, the arduous process of selecting the decorative materials, the quality/look of the finished product, completing the project on time and most of all coming in on budget. Look no farther than Slade Gibson with TrinityHomesAZ. Those nightmares were turned into a dream we wouldn’t have expected. It was a painless, fun process and working with Slade, his wife Becky and their team an absolute delight.

We initially came up with the idea of remodeling our home and heard of Republic West on KTAR radio. We interviewed 3 companies in total and did our research but we liked the way that RW had the website set up with the Dream Assurance Plan, the Customer Rights, etc all laid out
and organized and throrough throughout the site and felt they were a good company to go with.
We called them and scheduled an initial consultation at our home in March with our designer, Steven and had a very good first impression - He exedued a lot of experience and that was great since this was our first time remodeling so we didnt know exactly what to ask. He lead us on to feel us out so we know what we wanted. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but he was able to give us a much clearer vision. The kitchen for example was much more than we could have initially envisioned. Pretty much the whole kitchen was his idea - we had an initial idea with what we wanted but he came back with a computer rendering as well as a blueprint / floor plan and we were amazed -
it looked much better than we were originally expecting.

We ended up starting the project in the middle of summer. We had to take the wall down and they put up a temporary wall. Needless to say, it was hot! We hoped they had that new wall finished quickly but unfortunately we didnt make it before the monsoon season. There was some initial delays which resulted in the storms coming in. It seemed like not much was happening at first but once things got into motion they were here every day. One thing we appreciated is that they cleaned up after they were done every day. We were prepared to clean but they always made sure they left it as nice as possible. They also made sure they caught up from the delay. They stayed consistent with the schedule as much as they could but there were some issues as far as coordinating
with the workers but you can tell they were able to adapt to situations quickly - the foreman jack was able to get people in and out as needed.
Despite the slow start they made sure they met the promised deadline and actually finished a week early.
Overall, Jack was really responsive to situations - I spoke to Steven about replacing a window with a french door - I wanted a door there but I would need some kind of air circulation so I wanted one with a side light. They ended up giving us one without sidelights but they were able to easily fix the problem - they were always very responsive and quick and jack was always there to remedy it.

Overall the kitchen and fireplace totally exceeds our expectations to this day - the fireplace the tiling and everything else turned out wonderfully - we would have never anticipated anything better than this!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place – and more! The high quality of the products matched their customer service! The schedule was paced on our timeline and on the mark from beginning to end.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
