I selected Holtzman out of a large group of local companies as they seemed to have the best understanding and appreciation of what I wanted done, and were within price expectations. Rob Hardee was my Project Manager and my go to person.

The scope of work was as follows. The previous owner of my house enclosed the patio into an additional room but made some decisions that made is susceptible to water. The room flooded during the massive rain back in 2014. Since then we were keeping it clean but unused until we could afford to repair.

When it came time to repair we knew we wanted two things, raise the floor to the same height as the rest of the house, and remove concrete on the side of the house that was higher than the room. Most companies wither wanted to repair in place and not raise the room or do a full demo of everything. Rob Hardee was open to some alternatives recommended by friends of mine in the industry, he carefully considered the the options and we went with what I felt was the best option.

We did not overrun budget with the exception of a small amount on tile as the cost of tile we picked was higher than the estimate. With the refinancing boom we came to the table expecting that many construction companies were going to be stretched thin, but Rob was responsive to questions and communicative throughout the whole process so we were not concerned.

Absolutely will use HHI again when I have more remodeling to do.

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. The construction and maintenance team at PJ Hussey is spectacular. They're very quick to respond to requests and they usually send somebody out to take care of an issue the next day. Special thanks to Tom and Norm for being so kind, careful, and diligent when I needed some help at my apartment. It can be intimidating inviting a stranger into your home when you live by yourself but these gentlemen were very pleasant and objective.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. They really understood what I wanted and brought European flair to my design. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch! We had to make many decisions throughout our renovation, but our first decision was our best- to hire Superior Home Remodeling to do the job! We added a master suite and remodeled the existing kitchen and baths of our 1950’s ranch. Dan and Danny did an amazing job and we are beyond thrilled with our home! Working with Dan and Danny (as well as their subcontractors) was easy! Forthright, patient, reliable, meticulous, proficient and courteous are words that come to mind. Some decisions were overwhelming with so many options available but Dan guided us toward the best choices for our budget. Danny helped us design a beautiful niche over our kitchen sink(previously a window), and it turned out amazing. A big concern is always the time frame. Our project was done as promised and on time. Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

Poor craftsmanship! Poor design! Poor customer service! Be prepared fro many change orders, tons of re-work on every aspect of the job. Project will cost more and take longer than you ever imagined. I would not recommend!

Hochuli Design & Remodeling did a wonderful job of remodeling our entire home. We are so happy with the workmanship and look of our new home.

Highly recommended!! We worked with Trinity to remodel our 3 bathrooms and they were excellent to work with. We were looking for a pretty quick turnaround and they were able to start right away, and get the job done quickly! From the beginning, Slade was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly to our numerous questions and tweaks to the plan. The workers in our home (specifically Fransisco and Victor!) were extremely professional, respectful of our home and family, and just a pleasure to be around. They were super reliable and came every day. Each day they cleaned up so well that you could barely tell they were there. I have an 18 month old baby and a very social dog and was home during most of the work, and Fransisco and Victor, as well as all the workers, were so kind to us. The work was done well and very thoroughly, and they listened to our requests and made them happen. Slade and his wife Becky helped us stay organized and on track. Our bathrooms are beautiful and the work is such high quality. I highly recommend Trinity! A wonderful, respectable company that was such a pleasure to work with.

We can’t speak highly enough of Maple Avenue Construction. We hired them to do a kitchen for our historic home. Some parts of the job we knew exactly what we wanted, but for other items we need some inspiration, and Jon delivered. He has some great ideas and his crews are really great at what they do. The little details are really important to us, things others wouldn’t see we knew would be a problem and Jon and his crew made sure to make sure every little detail was done correctly. We definitely recommend Maple Avenue to all our friends and would be happy to use them for future remodels.
