The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. They put on a back patio covering for me, and it has been leaking from DAY ONE. I called them out 4 times (managers showed up to show feigned concern) to patch the leak in the roof as the water runs through the paneling, spreads sideways under the same panel, and leaks down the tongue and grove slots, running to the house to drip on my outside light and all the furniture and electronic appliances under the covering.
