Horrible experience. Installers were great, project management extremely poor.

My entire master bedroom closet was designed and installed by Closets by Design. The designer who came to my home was exceptional. She provided ideas and listened to my needs and designed my dream closet. She was professional, friendly and dedicated to doing an outstanding design. I was not looking forward to the project, however, she made it fun and stress free. The install team was a rare find. When they realized there was no take out they said, wow we can get this done in one day. That is exactly what they did. The team leader was excited about installing every piece in a perfect manner. He took great pride with each step. I love my closet and am enjoying showing it to my neighbors. I was totally amazed with the superb work ethics of the designer as well as the install team.

It was a pleasure to work with Emily. She is so kind, sincere, and talented. We really appreciated how she adapted to our needs. Having her choose the design for us gave us such peace of mind to know that everything would be within the budget and create a cohesive look for our space.
