A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. We obtained several bids prior to proceeding with Diamond Granite and Remodel. From our first meeting with Danny the sales representative, we felt comfortable with his explanations and he was very straightforward about the process. He explained the lead time would be several weeks, due to busy schedule and the move to their new facility. Rachel in the front office was very helpful in getting my final template/measurements when I had a schedule conflict, she also maintained our install date, though we had to delay the final template appointment. When the installers Ernesto and Jose’ arrived they were polite, professional and courteous, the install went smoothly until our Bartop which had several complex angles involved, wasn’t fitting properly, Ernesto carefully measured and made a few adjustments taking his time until it fit perfectly. The job ran a bit long and another installer Art replaced Jose’ who had an appointment, transition was seamless the guys did a fantastic job. Danny won us over,from the beginning, and we were very pleased in our choice.

Sandra and her team are extremely talented. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their eye for great design is undeniable. They will transform your visions to reality and you will love your living space. Also the only place you can go to in the valley where everything is sourced in their showroom. You don't have to go to 50 million other places to create your dream home (YAY!).
