After going to a big box retailer and being quoted an insane amount for cabinets, I stumbled upon Superior Stone and Cabinets.

This was just as the covid shutdown was happening, and we were able to book an appointment within the next 24 hours.

Our sales rep, Doug Perry, was fantastic. He really knows his stuff, and given the space we had to work with, he did an excellent job with pointing out things that we hadn’t thought of and helping us get the most amount of usable space in our kitchen. Doug knows his job incredibly well, and we are so happy that we took him up on some recommendations that he had to get the most space out of our kitchen.

We put all of the options in, and we were still at half of what the big L wanted for a very basic kitchen cabinet setup.

Doug made a trip to the house twice to measure and double check. Even going as far as to pull up the dimensions of our new appliances to make sure everything was correct. I appreciated his “better safe than sorry” attitude.

Due to covid, our cabinets took a bit longer than we had hoped, but if that’s our biggest issue, life is pretty good.

At the end of the day, we got our cabinets, counters, demo, and install for way less than we were quoted for just the cabinets at big L (no demo, install, or counters). We are really happy with our kitchen, and extremely happy that we stumbled upon Superior Stone and Cabinet, and Doug. Thanks guys!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
