They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. I had such a great experience that I just wanted to share for any of you looking to remodel in the future. Nick with Mustache Approved Remodeling was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, kind, walked me through things step by step, worked in a timely and organized manner, and was ON TIME EVERY DAY. He even went as far as showing up when he had his other professionals scheduled to make sure THEY showed up on time. His prices were better than 2 other quotes I recieved, he has warranties and only uses materials that also have seperate warranties and made my life so much easier through the process. I had a leak in my shower and had to replace the entire thing, because of that, he made a point to try and get things done for me even quicker because he knew this was a bad situation for us. If you are looking for someone, HE IS YOUR GUY. Get other quotes if you must, but I promise you he will likely beat them, and he will do better.

Ruidoso remodeled/updated the kitchen (new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, fans, lighting and fume hood) and bathroom (took out the sunken tub and split vanities, reconfigured the space with double vanities, ensuite entrance, and a beautiful walk in shower). They are meticulous, professional, creative, and kept me up to date with the process, even with the difficulties with the product supply line.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They will be back in Jan to replace some windows!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Great place! I was looking for affordable flooring and they had tons of options. They let me take a couple of samples home so I could compare the flooring with my cabinets. The next area in my house that I redo I will definitely be going back there. The customer service and prices are unbeatable.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

We looked for years to update the flooring in our home. We walked in Home Solutionz - Phoenix immediately saw the wood flooring we wanted. They were fabulous. So clean, courteous and on time. We could not be happier with the materials and quality of work. I highly recommend their services.

DRC State of the Art built a little addition for me last year that included a bathroom. I’ll keep this short and to the point: my family and I have done a lot of work with contractors in our day and working with Dale Cox is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Point blank.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
