Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. Today all of that ended!!! I have unlimited clean drinking water flowing from my sink, just in time for the summer!

I was referred to signature kitchen and bath by a friend that used them previously. Their Phoenix showroom was really nice. We sat with Ben to go over our bathroom remodeling needs. They had a lot of options available; which was a relief because our bathrooms are very small, and we needed to open them up a bit

We decided to redesign both of our bathrooms. We are very excited about our new granite countertops for the bathroom. The ones we picked really stood out to us. We had looked at a few other places and didn't really like what they had to offer. Everything seemed dated.

Overall we are very excited with our new bathrooms!!

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! We used ATR to mount a TV and some lightning on our patio. The experience went very well and we are totally thrilled with the work that was completed. Randy was very professional and we already have discussed our next project with him. ATR is responsible and does quality work. We will certainly use them again!!!

I hired Metro Builders to do regrading of my property.I was so impressed with the quality of work they did. Dan was amazing - he oversaw the entire project and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future for other projects!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
