Best Kitchen Remodel Project in Phoenix AZ

RMS has done a remodel of my daughters house. The remodel included removing popcorn ceilings, restuccoed the entire house, paint, replaced kitchen, bath and all lighting. His work was of high quality and workmanship. Would highly recommend.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Professional team!

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

Slade and his team with Trinity Homes did a phenomenal job at our complete remodel in Scottsdale Mountain. They were able to take my daydreams and somehow turn them into a reality. I can't stop staring in amazement with what they did. Very happy!!

Fantastic quality and service, truly a cut above.

We are now going on 6 months trying to remodel 800 square feet of existing space and extend garage out. Designer was inept. Multiple things that should have been in initial design weren't (ie: lighting design and reasonable electrical layout, etc). Now these are change order over runs that caost time and extra money. Have had to have multiple fights to have things done right and over simple corrections multiple times. Currently waiting for electrical to be completed finishing 4th week (800sqft totally open!). They are now the joke of the neighborhood. Superintendent no longer would speak to us over the phone or in person, would only text message because he didn't like complaints about the work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Plainly they don't really care.

I had a very small job, but no job was too small for Republic West. I appreciate their timely response and reasonable pricing. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to call on them again.
