RWR has such a great group of people, both RER staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. We initially contacted Closets By Design after seeing a 40% off and free installation promotion. I think they always have this though and we never saw a quote showing what we saved, but it was a good experience. The woman who came to create the closets (master and second bedroom) was very personable although a little scattered. She didn't have the correct template to create the closet so we had to trust that what she was going to do would work without seeing a blueprint. The installation took several months (like everything these days), but the installer was on time and very efficient. He worked for about 4 hours on our project and left everything in good shape. We left the home for a period of time while he was there without any concerns. The closets are fantastic and we are glad we invested in these!
