The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Johan is simply the best! He is a pleasure to work with, honest, extremely hard working, very skilled, prompt and very concerned about his customers needs. We took out our bathtub and shower and put in a new shower and vanity area. We also replaced all of our countertops with quartz. My wife has gone into our bathroom just to look about 10 times daily and comes out with a huge smile each time. Cannot recommend Johan high enough in our minds!
