They remodel a condo apartment! Complete bathroom, removal of wood paneling and popcorn ceilings throughout, replace all doors inside and new patio doors, painting throughout, installation of all new lighting and two ceiling fans. Instead, he explained to me why I did not need to spend that money, how I could get a refund. He was on time every time we arranged a meeting and quickly returned every phone call. I wasn't living in the condo during the remodel, and he was in touch with me frequently to be sure that my desires were being met. He has a good eye for what looks right and does not cut corners. The project was completed on schedule, prior to my move-in date.
