Mill & Stone Company Kitchen Remodeling
Our whole house remodel was completed on time and within budget – wow!

Jayson, at Mill & Stone, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed a plan that honored the quirky features and floor plan of our 70-year-old house AND modernized it perfectly.

Throughout the 3 month design process and another 3 months of reno/remodeling, Jayson ensured permits and inspections were done properly, problems were solved quickly, subcontractors were on time and did excellent work, and we were always in the loop.

We moved in last week and are delighted with the design, the materials, and the feel of our home. When we’re ready to begin Phase 2 (outdoor work), Jayson will be our first call.

From the quote to the completion of the work, was a fantastic experience! Rob, Joe and demo crew (Jesus), tile layer (didn't get his name) and installer(Chris) all were outstanding! Our 1980's master bath is now our own spa retreat and as promised completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will highly recommend this company.

Home Improvements and Moore, LLC Kitchen Remodeling
I highly recommend Home Improvements & Moore. Brian Moore and his crew of guys come on time, work hard all day, know what they are doing, communicate effectively (in English), leave the home clean every day, honor their estimates, and produce a fantastic finished result. They have done work in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and back yard. I am happy with all of it and I am asking them to come back and do more. Brian is full of excellent ideas about how to accomplish goals and how to prioritize projects to stay within budget. He is a personable guy who is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, understand goals, and then suggest the best and most cost efficient ways to achieve those goals. I asked Brian to hold onto keys to my house between projects – while I wait a month for some doors I custom ordered to be delivered. Brian is a contractor I have hired for multiple jobs. I intend to hire him again. I am willing to trust him around my valuables unattended and with keys to my house. That is the highest endorsement I can give someone. If you hire him, you will be happy.

ProSource of Tempe Kitchen Remodeling
I have never been more disappointed in transaction this large. The team at ProSource was initially great-- we designed a custom kitchen, bought flooring, and a sundry of smaller items. As items started to arrive, we noticed several problems with the kitchen itself. Several of the cabinets were blatantly just the wrong size, several items arrived broken, and basic kitchen design flaws were exposed. This has set us back months on our move, and there was near zero support to fix the very clear design issues. The company's response was to argue that 'we signed for it' and to nickle & dime us for resolution. As an example, we had them design a custom desk for us as a part of the kitchen. Upon install, we discovered the filing cabinets they sent us are too small to actually put files in. Why would anyone want that? The upper cabinets on the desk are also a full inch smaller than the lowers for apparently no reason. Why aren't they at least the same size? We have the space to put in bigger cabinets, but poor design choices have led to a desk we can't use for it's purpose.

If you use pro-source, be very cautious about any custom design work and make sure you have a professional installer at hand to support you. The prices were otherwise fair, just don't expect customer service or support. I was told, and I quote, facts don't matter but because I felt disappointed by their work they offered us a frankly pathetic discount on items they should have replaced on their own dime but refused to. I have zero interest in working with them again, and I highly suggest against others doing so.
