ArDan Construction recently completed a major remodel of our home. They were extremely accessible to discuss questions or make changes. They worked hard to minimize our inconvenience as we lived in our home. They took care of any problems that developed and made it right. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Tom and I are so grateful for all the expertise that we received from Republic West. We had initially considered subcontracting all the trades that we needed to make our remodel happen until we met with the designers from Republic West. Once we had our plan and budget in place, the project unfolded in a timely manner with high quality, professional work. We were very impressed with everyone involved, especially our project manager, Greg. He coordinated everything and kept us informed about all the details even though we occupied the home during the project. The owner, Jim, was also a part of the project and guaranteed that the company would meet all our expectations. We highly recommend this company for a home remodel project!
