Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

5% premium quality material at 100% premium cost, it seems like the motto is let's sell the best and hope the customer is ok with mediocre I would not recommend them point blank!

Cabinets cames in on time, beautiful, and installed by a subcontractor for Sanels. However, there are still some issues that have not heen resolved. Multiple phone calls to Sanels, promises by Sanels to call me back and resolve the issues, and nada so far!
