Amazing kitchen remodel and flooring throughout, transformed the vibe of the entire house! Aimee (our designer) had great vision, personality, and detail. Kent and the construction team were very professional, clean, thorough, and obviously take great pride in their work. Design-build is a great concept, especially when it's all in-house. The whole process from start to finish takes a while, but it's well worth the wait.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! I’m so happy with the work Wonders of Wood did for me. We asked them to repaint existing cabinets as well as design and install custom cabinets. They kept to their schedule, they were professional, and their work was great. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars though is because of their customer service. There were a couple hiccoughs in the process, for example they installed the wrong drawer panels. When I contacted them they immediately took accountability and remedies the error. The fact that they don’t hesitate to make it right for the customer makes them one of the best in the industry as far as I’m concerned!

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

Extremely happy with the final results. We used this business to remodel two bathrooms and we really liked their process and it was a better deal than other competitors. We purchased the major materials directly so we felt good that we were able to choose quality items without paying a premium. Also, we had a small issue a few months after the project and they came through and fixed the issue so it’s good to know that they stand behind their work which is becoming less common nowadays. Definitely a company I would recommend and do business with again.

Phoenix Home Remodeling does great work. We found that Jeremy takes the time to understand what we need. Our experience was a good one and will use Jeremy in the future should the need arise again.

The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.

I use this Company for my two rental properties and my personal residence for all handyman needs. The most important quality of this business is they are reliable, show up when they say, get the job done right. This seems to be harder and harder to find now but Crew of Two is just that!

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
