Best Tile Flooring Installation in Phoenix AZ

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

Johan is simply the best! He is a pleasure to work with, honest, extremely hard working, very skilled, prompt and very concerned about his customers needs. We took out our bathtub and shower and put in a new shower and vanity area. We also replaced all of our countertops with quartz. My wife has gone into our bathroom just to look about 10 times daily and comes out with a huge smile each time. Cannot recommend Johan high enough in our minds!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

The scope of the project was to remove a Jacuzzi tub and shower, then install a walk in shower. The duration of the job was to be 4 weeks. From the get go the attention to detail was excellent. Extra care was taken to protect the rest of the house from dust and debris. Each of the workers involved in the job were respectful, attentive to our needs, and very nice people. The tile work on the floors and in the shower was performed by an artisan. Throughout the entire process my input was requested which I appreciated so much. We are so thrilled with the outcome and will consider using this company for some future kitchen work. The project finished on budget and ahead of schedule. What more could I ask.

They are professional always on time and friendly and their work its top of the line . they did a full remodel and went the extra mile to make sure everything was on time without cutting any corners. the painter angelito was always straight forward and has good presentation and very professional... I would definitely recommend this company in the future this ain't your average Joe's their quality is top of the line ...

My daughters kitchen was in dire need of help. They were quick to get in and measure & ready to install. Everything turned out beautiful! They couldn’t be happier. They were friendly, professional & the pricing was reasonable. I’d recommend them without hesitation!!!!

Our order was big as we were replacing every cabinet in the house and adding some new ones which required creativity in the design. Despite delivery time delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Erik VanVoorhis worked so hard to accomodation my design changes from the get go. He was great at making modifications to the available designs to meet our intended design. After explaining my schedule constraints to Erik, he worked so hard including late evenings and weekends with the rest of the team at 'Sanels Wholesale Cabinets' to accomodate my renovation schedule. The installation team did a tremendeaous job and the final product shown in the photos speaks for the fine workmanship of the whole team. Remember, this big project cost was at 60% of the quotes I got from other companies in the Phoenix area. Thanks Sanels Wholesale Cabinets for adding beautiful touch to my home.

DO NOT USE THEM! Please do not use them. Been 2 weeks stop answering phones, text. And have no finished my kitchen. They are crooks. I Repeat DO NOT USE THEM

Save your money and avoid this company! We decided to buy custom garage cabinets after the salesperson presented the product as being able to hold 250 pounds per shelf (much more than the systems we were looking at through Home Depot/Lowes). We were skeptical at first but she insisted several times the weight capacity was 250 pounds per shelf and 1000 pounds per cabinet. The cabinets were installed 1 day before we went north for the summer. When we returned in the fall and started filling the shelves they sagged starting at 120 pounds. We called Cabinets by Design several times and were promised calls back. 2 of 8 calls were returned. We were told the cabinets could not hold the stated 250# by a different company rep on one for the 2 return calls we received. The one time we were able to talk with our salesperson she confirmed they should hold 250#. We spent about $500 more for this system than if we had gone with Home Depot or Lowes precisely for the added weight capacity that was falsely promised. The company has been very unresponsive in trying to resolve this issue. Avoid this company. They do not stand behind their product.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
