We had the perfect experience. Eric was incredibly professional. He set realistic expectations, did not over commit and definitely went above and beyond. Our project was completed ahead of schedule. That may not be the case for all their projects, I can assure you they will certainly do their best! Eric was also involved through the entire project. The site was clean everyday and we always felt valued. We will have future projects and it is a relief knowing that we have found our forever contractor. Thanks Eric!

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. Johan did outstanding work at our home, replacing the bathroom with a new and beautiful shower and did an impeccable job putting in new tile throughout the rest of our residence. When we put our residence up for sale, we had several offers and sold it for more than the asking price. It had over 500 views within 24 hours! He was more than fair with the cost of the remodel. Above all, he is trustworthy and honest. Looking forward to having Johan upgrading our new hone soon.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. Our kitchen has been finished for a few weeks now and we love it. They were very reasonably priced and we were happy to support a growing business. Counters and cabinets are all good quality, and any issues that we wanted fixed they were willing to do no questions asked. The whole job was finished in about a month. My only major criticism is communication about scheduling could have been better. Overall, I’d recommend them and we are so grateful for our new beautiful kitchen!

We decided to go with Closets by Design as they were able to maximize our space better than some of the other companies we looked at. We swallowed the 4 month lead time knowing that the industry has been having sourcing issues, but come installation time a large chunk of the project was still backordered and had to wait an additional month to arrive and be installed.
My husband and I waited patiently for calls from the company but then started calling trying without much luck to find someone who knew what was going on. Finally this week I was able to reach someone and was able to confirm they had the backordered items and would be able to install this week. But when installation day came no one showed up. After a few more calls trying to chase someone down they were able to get things installed.
I recommend this company for the product and design but the customer service and customer communication needs to get better.

We performed a master bath remodeling project. The bathroom was thirty years old and required a complete update. We met with Lon from ShowerandBath and I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He asked questions, worked with us, and was open to input and provided recommendations. He strived to satisfy our requests 100%. We had not performed a remodeling project of this scope so it was good to know that he was there to guide the project. He answered all our questions in detail. He would text and call to keep us informed of progress. Following completion of the project, I had requests to Lon regarding concerns. Lon was quick to reply and fix any concern without any dialog on cost. He strived to have the customer be 100% satisfied. I would recommend Lon for your bathroom remodeling.

Polite people but hard to get them to get your job done , jose was a no show twice to complete what what was started, to seal and grout the granite is the right thing to do!!! They removed my granite kitchen countertops and replaced with new ones but didn’t seal them ! Told me a disabled senior citizen I have to go to Home Depot and buy the seal grout and do it myself ! After they charged my insurance company for the full amount ! They asked for more money to seal the countertops!! No I would not use this company again nor will I ever refer them to anyone !!

Cabinets cames in on time, beautiful, and installed by a subcontractor for Sanels. However, there are still some issues that have not heen resolved. Multiple phone calls to Sanels, promises by Sanels to call me back and resolve the issues, and nada so far!

Service AFTER the sale need to be seriously improved.

Still, I love their cabinets and they look great and came at a great price!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
