I was very impressed with Dan and the crew. I had been having some problems with contractors and my kitchen and bath project was basically rescued by this company. The materials are top quality. The crew were very professional and tidy. The disruption was minimal. There were a couple of small issues as do arise with any job and they were addressed swiftly and professionally. My kitchen is now beautiful and I love it. I heartily recommend Better Than New!

Very disappointed in Design Lab. We hired them for 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom closet. Contractors are still working but getting close to finalization yet there is still no closet which should have been here by now. Just heard from Bri that the closet will ship from Chicago July 26 and will be in Phoenix the following week. All of our clothes and shoes are laid out throughout the house making life miserable while one half of the house is blocked off for renovations. BE CAREFUL UP FRONT ON TIMING WITH THIS COMPANY and THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME you along the way for various things they forgot to order. I will show you receipts if they say otherwise. Also, if doing bathrooms, know that they don't price the shower doors, sliding doors or granite counter tops. That will also be an expense you will pay additionally and you will have to order on your own as we did. Truthfully, you can do the design yourself. hind sight is 20/20. Hoping the closet get here soon!

We are extremely happy with the service of both Garth and Rhonda Matthews. Ronda is very professional as far as setting up everything and keeping things on schedule and excellent customer service follow-up work and making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Garth was also very professional when he showed up to do the work. He was very timely and very professional. He was also very well groomed and professionally dressed.

After job was completed Garth made a couple trips back to our home to inspect his work. He is very meticulous and perfectionist because he wants to make sure the customer is satisfied!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Giving me the pros and cons of my choices and because of that I am in love with my new kitchen. It came out better than I could have ever hoped. I can't say enough about the expert, personal, and skilled service of this team. They really went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with the end product, including making numerous changes to the original plan, and really working with us as the plan developed. All work was high quality yet keeping to our budget, we used them to remodel our guest casita but want to keep them on for numerous projects on our main home! Excellent work!

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of craftsmanship and the level of attention Russ and Zac gave us during our remodel. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
